Sales training in several stages

Basis: Basics Training 

Carried out by the responsible Area Sales Manager or individual basic training for new dealers by the academy - on request. 

Target group: New dealers

 

Stage 1: Advanced training: Technology/Sales

Information regarding technology and sales 

  • Sales: product range, industry overview, sales and marketing tools, offer preparation
  • Technology: Function of machines, main components, basics of operation and maintenance, brief overview: Hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams, lubricants, exhaust gas control systems, machine transfer, machine driving

Target group: Sales staff of our dealers, product experts

Step 2: Sales/Rhetoric Training (german language)

Become a sales expert

  • Rhetoric and sales talk - 1 day: Small groups - practice exercises with Coach Prof. Dr. Kupfer 
  • Practice Workshops - 1 day: On current topics and technologies

Target group: Sales employees of our dealers who ideally have completed the sales training level 1 and would like to further their education in an intensive seminar.
