02 Level 1: Technology/Sales

Information from technology and sales

  • Sales: product range, overview of industries, sales and marketing tools, offer preparation
  • Technology: Function of machines, main components, basics of operation and maintenance, short overview: Hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams, lubricants, exhaust gas control systems, machine transfer, driving a material handler

Target group: Sales staff of our dealers, product experts

03 Level 2: Sales / Rhetoric training

Become a sales expert

  • Rhetoric and sales conversation - 1 day: small groups - practical exercises with external coach
  • Practical workshops - 1 day: On current topics and technologies

Target group: Sales employees of our dealers, who ideally have completed the sales training level 1 and would like to further educate themselves in an intensive seminar.
