A decade of knowledge and values

In October 2024, the SENNEBOGEN Academy celebrated a special anniversary: for ten years, the training centre in Straubing has been offering a comprehensive education and qualification platform for employees, customers and partners.

The then fledgling venture has developed into much more than just a training centre. As a place of knowledge and values, it has grown into a robust structure in its own right and become an integral part of the SENNEBOGEN DNA.

When the SENNEBOGEN Academy opened its doors in 2014, the three central pillars of training, further education and branding had already been defined. Employees and external partners were addressed via training courses (technical and personal/methodological) and live events.

Over the years, not only have the subject areas and training options and concepts expanded: from digital learning and train-the-trainer courses to entire qualification programs for employees. Entirely new areas of activity, such as after-sales documentation, have also been added to the Academy's portfolio.

Academy 2.0 - Future

The trending topic of the future is the individual training offer.

This means training courses that are tailored to the individual needs of customers in terms of content, scope, level of qualification, methods, location and time. The service component is also becoming even more important. It is becoming increasingly important to provide users with understandable hands-on practical assistance in order to find their way around complex content of all kinds and rapidly evolving technologies.
