Highlights and figures for 2025

For the SENNEBOGEN Academy, 2025 was a year marked by growth, change and many new ideas. Looking back, it is clear that the Academy is continuing to develop in a consistent manner – with a practical approach, a focus on the future and an unwavering emphasis on high-quality learning.

more than 4,000 man-days

For the first time, more than 4,000 man-days were spent on technical training and personnel development - a milestone in the Academy's history.

2025: Highest level since the SENNEBOGEN Academy was founded

2,361 participants

A total of 2,361 participants took advantage of the training opportunities, making 2025 a year of intensive learning and exchange.

Over 6,000 users in the LMS

In addition to face-to-face training, digital learning also continued to gain in importance. Over 6,000 users were active in the learning management system - an increase of around 20 percent compared to the previous year.

1,773 e-learning courses completed

1,773 completed e-learning courses show how naturally digital formats are now being used.

more than 500 training courses

At the same time, more than 500 training courses were booked directly via the LMS.

High level of travel in 2025

A particular highlight was the technical training courses around the world: 28 onsite training courses at dealers and customers - from Argentina to training on board ships.

Despite all the digital possibilities, personal exchange remained important: many training sessions continued to take place on site, combined with numerous trips by the trainers.

To ensure high quality in the long term, the SENNEBOGEN Academy also invested specifically in further training for its own team of trainers . As part of our own "Train the Trainer" seminar, our trainers gained further qualifications at the same time.

‘My first time in South America, working in tough conditions at 40 °C and surrounded by dusty soybean meal, was a real challenge!’ Dominic Busch during customer training in Argentina.
‘Drivers and mechanics – different target groups, yet similar challenges,’ concluded Matthias Auer during training in the UK.
‘Participants from all over Italy were present... from Sicily, Naples, and Venice. The main topics of discussion were who had the best food and the most beautiful region,’ Patrick Nickles.
Numerous customer and dealer events also took place on the academy grounds.

Other developments

New templates were created in the LMS to increase interaction, a digital calendar increased the visibility of training courses, and the approval and booking process was further optimised. The range of services was expanded to include new e-learning content and additional evaluation tools.

Another important step in 2025 was the establishment of a new business area: after-sales documentation. In addition to maintenance and adjustment instructions, assembly instructions for large machines were also created for the first time. This expanded the range of services in a meaningful way and created additional value for service, customers and partners.
