The participants get an overview of location, function and maintenance of the components which are installed in electrically driven machines in the 400V system. They will learn about the operation of the electrical components and can comprehend the controls on the basis of the electrical circuit diagram. In practical units on the machine or rather testing stand, the mediated knowledge of theory is put into practice (electrical measurements, functional tests, aso.). After successful course participation, the participants can carry out targeted checks and troubleshooting or if necessary they can do adjustments on the electrical drive system and change of defective parts. ATTENTION: The course does not enable the participants to independently perform repair work on the system. Repair and work on extra-low voltage installations (up to 1000 V) must be performed by professionals, who received the appropriate knowledge through their education (electrically skilled person, mechatronics).

In practical units, the mediated knowledge of theory is put into practice (electrical / hydraulic measurements, functional tests and, if necessary, driving exercises). After a successful course participation, the participants can instruct their customers on the machine, carry out all necessary maintenance steps and perform targeted checks and adjustments on the hydraulic- and electrical system.
